Welcome

The Wilbur Guest House is a Victorian style home built in the 1860ʼs, and owned since 1953 by Alton and Marjorie Wilbur. Alton and Marjorie were the instrumental and vocal music teachers at the Cincinnatus Central School from about 1940 to 1973.

When they remodeled in 1979-1980, they started the Guest House which operated through 2008. In 2010, their children, Connie, Brian, and Scott, created Wilbur Guest House, LLC, to carry on the lodging tradition of the Wilbur Family.

Our grandparents, Warren and Idella Wilbur, operated a boarding house on their dairy farm in Otego, New York, for many years.

Currently, there are three bedrooms available for lodging... more about us
